———    What is CONNect Cash?

CONNect Cash is a discretionary spending program that allows any person with a valid university ID to deposit money on their card for use at participating locations throughout the university and off campus.

On Campus Locations include but are not limited to Food Service, Printing at Campus Computer Labs, Box Office, Bookstore, and Cashier's

CONNect Cash is accepted at participating off campus locations, including national partners like Grubhub and local merchants like diners and grocery stores. 

———    DEPOSITING FUNDS TO CONNect CASH

If you have trouble depositing via GET, please delete your stored credit or bank card information and add it again with the corrected address from the billing statement. Gift credit cards are not accepted.

Students and employees may deposit into their CONNect Cash account by using the GET APP or website. Deposits may be made using bank accounts or credit cards. If you are saving a card, please be sure the billing address on the card statement enters the information you have entered in GET.

 

WESTCONNect Card holders can also access their CONNect Cash history, including deposits and payments at accepted locations by using the WESTCONNect WebCard Center.

Please note that all deposits are subject to the Terms and Conditionsopens PDF file of CONNect Cash. Please review these terms and conditions prior to making a deposit.

———    Parents and guests may deposit funds onto a student's account.

Parents, guardians, family, and friends may deposit funds onto a student's CONNect Cash account

All you need to know is the student's University ID number and their name (as it appears at the university).

CONNect Cash does not expire, and remains valid as long as the student is enrolled.

———     USE THE GET APP ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE

 

1.  Download the APP from the APP store you use (mobile)

 

2. When downloading the APP, look for the following logo.               

 

3. Choose Western Connecticut State University as your institution, and start depositing or ordering.

 

———     REFUNDS

Refund requests for CONNect Cash transactions at unattended locations - click here for the online form

You will receive a confirmation email to your WCSU email account when the refund is processed.

Refunds at attended locations (bookstore, on campus food services, off campus merchants, box offices, etc.) must be made at the location.
Please bring your receipt and ask to speak with a manager.
