Transcript

TRANSCRIPT POLICY

There is no fee for transcript requests.

Note: Transcripts will not be issued if you have any outstanding financial obligations (e.g., parking tickets, library late fees) or if you have a cashier’s hold on your account. However, beginning October 1, 2023, you may request a transcript for specific purposes, such as providing it to a current or perspective employer, or to any branch of the United States Military.

TRANSCRIPT REQUESTS
Note: Requesting an eTranscript is the most efficient way to obtain your record. Most online requests will be processed within 24 hours or less.

*If you attended WCSU prior to the 1990’s, your transcript may only be available on Microfilm and your student record will not be available for eTranscript.

1) Current and Recent Students:
Current students should log into Banner Web, navigate to Student Services tab and then scroll down to the last link to order an Official Transcript from Parchment.

2) Former Students:

Students who are not currently taking courses at WCSU should click on the Former Students/Alumni link (below) to create an account with Parchment.  Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.

3) Only if you have a cashier’s hold and require a transcript for employment or military purposes, please follow these steps:

  1. Please complete the document request form.
  2. Under Type of Document, select “Transcript Request”
  3. Attach the necessary documentation by clicking the “Attach Documentation” button.
