Online Support in the TRC

How to join a virtual session via Blackboard Collaborate:

  1. Make an appointment via MyWCOnline: https://wcsu.mywconline.net/
  2. The TRC will send an email to your @wcsu.edu confirming your online appointment
  3. A few minutes before your appointment, click the meeting room link in your confirmation email to join
  4. Enter your name
  5. Allow use of audio, microphone, and video on your device
  6. Use the chat box to let your tutor know you have joined or if you experience connection issues.
