Kathwari Fellowship Nomination Form

This form can be used by graduate students who wish to nominate themselves for the Kathwari Graduate Fellowship. This form can also be used by mentors (faculty, staff, and administrators) to nominate an outstanding WestConn graduate student for the Kathwari Graduate Fellowship or by mentors who want to request a graduate fellow without nominating a specific student.
