Transcripts

Parchment by Instructure is the official provider of official transcripts for Western Connecticut State University.  Official transcripts are delivered via email within 24 hours or a paper official transcript can be mailed within 1-2 weeks.  There is no fee to order an official transcript.

If you attended WCSU prior to the 1990’s, your transcript may only be available on Microfilm and your student record will not be available for eTranscript.

Current and Recent Students:
Current students should log into Banner Web, navigate to Student Services tab and then scroll down to the last link to order an Official Transcript from Parchment.

Former Students:
Students who are not currently taking courses at WCSU should go to Parchment by Instructure and login.

If you have never ordered a WCSU transcript before, you must create a New User account.  Please ensure that your last name, first name, date of birth, and last four digits of your SSN are entered correctly so that your request can be processed in a timely manner.
