Year End Process
The following message is from the week of April 15th, 2024
This week we sent a reminder out to the community about budget deadlines that were discussed during the budget presentation meetings that were held in March.
This memo is being sent to provide clarity for those departments that did not attend the budget meetings or need to be reminded of the deadlines.
As we have done in the past, all purchase requests should be submitted to the Purchasing Department by the following dates:
Academic Faculty and Staff – April 15
Operating Faculty and Staff – May 15
Purchasing includes p-card purchases, purchase requisitions, Amazon and Office supply orders.
Purchasing will resume at the beginning of next fiscal year which is July 1, 2024.
Should an emergency arise please feel free to contact the Purchasing Department.
