If you feel comfortable identifying yourself it is better to file a report in person or over the phone (203-837-9300). All information will be kept Confidential and Private by the University Police to the extent allowed by law. No information regarding the sender (name, email, IP address, etc.) will be collected when submitting information to the University Police through this page. Please be as complete as possible.

If you would like to have the University Police contact you regarding this incident, please include contact information below. Follow up investigation is more optimal if we have someone to contact for more information.
