Patrick Hackett is a three-time All-New England Football Conference All Star on defense. Along with being named to the ECAC All-New England All Star Team in 1985, Hackett plays a crucial role in leading the Colonials to their first ever NCAA Tournament appearance that same season. As a defensive back, Hackett totals 239 total tackles and eight interceptions throughout his four-year career. In 1983 alone, Hackett registers a team leading 103 tackles and four interceptions for the Colonials. Hackett is a member of the 2007 WestConn Hall of Fame class.
