On a wet Saturday in October, the WestConn Football Team topples three offensive records en route to a victory against previously unbeaten Curry College. The Colonials set a then conference record for total offense in a game (564 yards), as well as a then school record for total rushing yards in a game (480). Finally, halfback Scott Haney breaks an individual school record by rushing for 164 yards, with Dave Atkinson and Mike Megura also rushing for over 100 yards each. When asked about the game, Coach Pasqualoni says, “We generated some offense today, didn’t we?”
