Health and Wellness
Objectives
After completing this module one Health and Wellness you should be familiar with:
- how health and wellness contribute to the habits and practices necessary for continued growth,
- how we define health and wellness,
- common stresses experienced by college students and how to avoid or cope with them, and
- resources available to you through Western Connecticut State University.
Timing & Prerequisites
This module should take about 30 minutes to complete. There are no particular prerequisites for this module. It would be good to complete this earlier rather than later so that you can best understand and manage your health and stress.
