Building maintenance and minor capital projects are managed by the department of Maintenance Trades and Minor Capital Projects.  Construction services such as project management and administration are coordinated for minor capital renovations.  Services provided include all general trades work, such as carpentry, electrical, masonry, plumbing, painting and skilled maintenance.

The department coordinates and manages the maintenance work order system for the university.  Requests for any maintenance work can be sent via Maintenance Direct.  Please contact Bill McDevitt for an account code and password, if you have not already received one.
