The HVAC (heating, ventilation and air conditioning) Operations team manages, repairs and maintains all heating, cooling, and air conveyance systems on both WCSU campuses.

Services are offered through the Central Steam Plant (formerly known as the Boiler House) located at the Midtown campus.  During the heating season (Oct 15 thru April 15), the central heating plant is staffed continuously.  During the non-heating season, the central plant is staffed from 7am until 11pm daily.
