SOUND BATH MEDITATION: When we practice self care and make our wellness a priority, we are nurturing and honoring ourselves in the best way possible.
Join us for a sound bath meditation at 3:30 p.m. in the Westside Campus Center Ballroom! Sound healing can reduce stress, enable deep relaxation, enhance creativity, uplift the spirit and help with insomnia. Sound Bath Meditations are a combination of restorative yoga, meditation and a sacred sound concert.
