REDEFINING MEDITATION SERIES 2022: Join Natalie Nevola in the IHHS Center for Wellbeing in her five week meditation series . The weekly meditations have specific themes, from debunking meditation myths, to “meditating while sipping” (hot cocoa!!) to using various frequencies of sound to soothe the body, mind, and spirit. She will share how to unplug and focus on breathing and will share meditation in motion (yoga!). Natalie is a registered yoga teacher and shares online meditations. Join us from 1:30 to 3:30 p.m. on Wednesdays beginning on October 19!
