NEW PRESIDENT SEARCH – OPEN FORUM (FACULTY): We are pleased to share that two open forums with the finalists for WestConn’s next president will be held on Monday, March 31, and Monday, April 7. The Open Forum for faculty will be from 2:30 to 3:30 p.m. in Room 122 of White Hall on the Midtown campus.
Details regarding each finalist, including a biography as well as their curriculum vitae, will be provided the Friday before their respective open forum to ensure equity and fairness in the search process. Please note that this information will also be posted on the WestConn Presidential Search Website (www.ct.edu/search-wcsu).
These forums provide an important opportunity for the WestConn community to meet the finalists and offer valuable feedback. We remain committed to a process that is inclusive, transparent, and guided by the voices of the campus community. We encourage all members of the WestConn community to participate and share their perspectives.
Following each of the forums, a survey will be provided to share your thoughts and opinions regarding each of the finalists. Responses will be taken into consideration as we move toward selecting the next leader of the university. Your participation and input have been invaluable throughout this process and will continue to play a vital role as we move forward.
