‘ERNEST AND THE PALE MOON”:
Ernest and the Pale Moon
by Oliver Lansley
Director: Donna Baldwin-Bradby
Inspired by the works of Edgar Allen Poe and Alfred Hitchcock, Ernest and the Pale Moon is a play written in the style of a noir horror. Ernest is a young man who spends his days watching the beautiful young woman who lives in the apartment block across from him. When he sees her with another man he is thrown into a jealous rage, which eventually leads to murder. However, all is not as it seems and slowly Ernest’s guilt sends him spiraling into madness.
Please note that audience members must be masked at all times inside the Visual and Performing Arts Center without exception. In addition, we are enforcing 3 ft. social distancing, and as such, seating is extremely limited. Because of the reduced capacity of our theatre, we are asking all patrons to purchase their ticket in advance here on Eventbrite. Shows are likely to sell out, so do not wait to purchase at the box office before the show. Tickets are subject to higher charges at the door as opposed to online. There will be no exceptions made to socially distanced seating.
