BLACK HISTORY MONTH WEEK 3: This February, in celebration of Black History Month, our dining hall is proud to present four weeks of diverse and flavorful menus honoring Black culture and cuisine. Each week will highlight a different culinary theme, served at both campuses during dinner. This week is inspired by Soul Food: on Tuesday, February 18th, enjoy Barbecue Chicken with Mac n’ Cheese; on Wednesday, Feb. 19, savor Smothered Pork Chops with Collard Greens; and on Friday, Feb. 21, indulge in Shrimp n’ Grits with Sweet Potato Pie. Join us as we celebrate through the rich traditions of food! From 4 to 8 p.m. in Berkshire Hall on the Midtown campus and the Westside Campus Center.
