BLACK HISTORY MONTH WEEK 2: This February, in celebration of Black History Month, our dining hall is proud to present four weeks of diverse and flavorful menus honoring Black culture and cuisine. Each week will highlight a different culinary theme, served at both campuses during dinner. This week is inspired by Creole and Cajun influences: on Monday, Feb. 10, enjoy a Gumbo Soup Station; on Wednesday, Feb. 12, savor Jambalaya with Cornbread; and on Thursday, Feb. 13, indulge in Catfish and Red Beans with Rice. Join us as we celebrate through the rich traditions of food! From 4 to 8 p.m. in Berkshire Hall on the Midtown campus and the Westside Campus Center.
