NEIL WAGNER WCSU ALUMNI ASSOCIATION ANNUAL GOLF TOURNAMENT: The 2023 Neil Wagner WCSU AA Golf Tournament takes place on Monday, Sept.18, at Richter Park Golf Course in Danbury. Proceeds benefit the WCSU Alumni Association Student Scholarship Fund.

This year’s tournament will commemorate the 10-year anniversary of alumnus and former WCSU faculty member Neil Wagner’s passing, and is the 37th golf event the Alumni Association has sponsored on behalf of the university, which is celebrating its 120th anniversary this year.

Registration begins at 8:30 a.m. during the continental breakfast, and the scramble-format tournament tees off with a shotgun start at 10 a.m. The event also features lunch at the turn, hole-in-one prizes, on-course activities and entertainment, a par 3 giveaway and tournament prizes, a silent auction and raffles. The day ends with a Player Awards Reception with dinner and complimentary cocktails at Café on the Green.
