26TH ANNUAL JAZZ FEST: KENNY GARRETT QUINTET & WCSU JAZZ ORCHESTRA: The Kenny Garrett Quintet and the WCSU Jazz Orchestra kick off the second night of the 26th Annual Jazz Fest at WCSU. The event takes place from 7 to 9 p.m. in the Veronica Hagman Concert Hall in the Visual and Performing Arts Center.
