BLACK HISTORY MONTH WEEK 4: This February, in celebration of Black History Month, our dining hall is proud to present four weeks of diverse and flavorful menus honoring Black culture and cuisine. Each week will highlight a different culinary theme, served at both campuses during dinner. This week is inspired by Caribbean influences: on Monday, Feb. 24, enjoy Jerk Chicken with Rice and Peas; on Wednesday, Feb. 26, savor Curried Chicken with Roti; and on Friday, Feb. 28, indulge in Pelau, Fried Plantains, and Doubles.
