BLACK HISTORY MONTH WEEK 1: This February, in celebration of Black History Month, our dining hall is proud to present four weeks of diverse and flavorful menus honoring Black culture and cuisine. Each week will highlight a different culinary theme, served at both campuses during dinner from 4 to 8 p.m. Week 1 kicks off with dishes inspired by West African flavors: on Monday, Feb. 3, enjoy Jollof Rice and Suya (Spicy Meat Skewers); Wednesday, Feb. 5, savor Fufu with Egusi Soup; and Friday, Feb. 7, indulge in Kansiye and Alloco. Join us as we celebrate through the rich traditions of food at Berkshire Hall on the Midtown campus and at the Westside Campus Center.
