At WCSU, the 092 Certification, to be a school-based administrator, is part of the Instructional Leadership Doctoral Program and after reviewing what it entailed, I happily enrolled in the Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) program. I have been part of this doctoral program since the fall of 2021. The exposure to a professional group of caring educational leaders and a diversified curriculum from the very beginning is fortifying my journey. Our professors come from a wide range of backgrounds, are knowledgeable and experienced, and provide diverse methodologies, which support all types of learners. Purposely designed, the Instructional Leadership program is a forward-thinking curriculum that can meet up with the demands of global education and the current needs of students, and the learning has been non-stop from the beginning. The faculty in the Doctor of Education in Instructional Leadership program are respectful of your ideas and goals and will encourage you to reach the finish line of earning your doctorate. As an alumna, current employee, and doctoral student, I am a true testament that WCSU inspires for you to become the best version of yourself. Proud to be part of the pack!
