Employees of Western Connecticut State University (“WCSU” or “University”) who are reported to have allegedly been accused of (or engaged in) matters related to sexual misconduct/violence are subject to discipline in accordance with the procedures applicable to the employee’s collective bargaining unit/classification of employment.
Employees have the right to consult with and choose a choice of representation and/or support person to counsel if notified of an impending investigation by (either or both) the Chief Diversity Officer/Title IX Coordinator and/or the Human Resources Department.
