Options for Changing Academic, Housing, Transportation and Working Arrangements

Western Connecticut State University (“WCSU” or “University”) will provide assistance to those involved in a report of sexual misconduct, including but not limited to, offering reasonably available options for changing academic, campus transportation, housing or working situations as well as honoring lawful protective or temporary restraining orders.  The University shall create and provide information detailing the procedures and interim measures to follow after the commission of an incident and/or any sexual misconduct/violence, including the identified people and/or agencies to contact for reporting purposes or to request assistance or services, and/or information on the importance of preserving physical evidence.
