15	Deans--All information pertaining to Award Certificates to be presented—including title of certificate, date of issue, name of recipient(s) as they wish it to appear and signatories--must be forwarded by email only to Requestprintshop@wcsu.edu. Please cc: murphyj@wcsu.edu prior to this date. Deans who may want to have digital signatures added to the certificates should scan and send a copy of their signature to University Publications & Design to myhille@wcsu.edu to be kept on file. While hand-signing is always preferred, IN NO INSTANCES SHOULD SIGNATURE STAMPS EVER BE CONSIDERED AN ACCEPTABLE SUBSTITUTE
