• Impact
  • Intermittent interruption of forward-facing and backend Banner-related services, including
    • BannerAdmin
    • BannerWeb
    • Touchnet SSO and transaction posting
    • Tutoring Center (TRC, Ancell, Writing Center) Appointment Requests
    • Scheduled reports and processes
  • WCSU apps and services with direct live connections to Banner may experience reduced functionality as services are shutdown and restarted.
  • As a precaution, all batch processes scheduled during the maintenance window will be taken offline or rescheduled.
  • Blackboard will remain unaffected.
