New Student Accommodation Process
AccessAbility Services (AAS) engages in an interactive process with each student and reviews requests for accommodations on an individualized, case-by-case basis. Depending on the nature and functional limitations of a student’s documented disability, he/she may be eligible for reasonable and appropriate accommodations.
Steps for Accessing Accommodations:
Step One: Students should complete an Online Accommodation Intake Form.
Step Two: Obtain appropriate medical documentation relevant to your disability. Documentation guidelines for specific disabilities can be accessed at: Documentation Guidelines.
Step Three: Upload supporting medical documentation to your Accommodate Portal. Documentation may be submitted separately by fax, mail or in person.

Step Five: Once you are approved for accommodations, it will be your responsibility to request your accommodations in a timely manner each semester.
