Scott Gagliardi

Like most in the weather business, Scott has always had a passion for weather. Currently living in Ansonia, Connecticut he remembers being a young child bracing the elements during intense winter storms and severe weather events. He was especially fascinated by tropical systems Irene and Sandy.
Scott is currently in his senior year at Western Connecticut State University, anxious to finish his Bachelor of Science in Meteorology.  He is also a member of the Meteorology Club. After college Scott plans to be an on-camera meteorologist at a local news station and fulfill his lifetime desire of holding such a position.  He enjoys reading old weather textbooks and is fascinated with following daily runs of weather computer models. In his free time Scott likes running, playing volleyball, and spending weekends with family and those who matter most to him.
