ORIENTATION

NEW STUDENTS

Orientation Attendance is Required.

2025 Summer Orientation will be an overnight experience.

Your Wolves Journey Starts Here!

Congratulations on earning your acceptance to Western Connecticut State University and committing to the next step to prepare for your first year in college!

The overnight stay is mandatory for all attendees, including students who plan to commute to campus during the school year. We want you to be as ready as possible for the start of your college experience, so we have planned an exciting and fun orientation program where you will meet new Wolves, learn about student support services, meet faculty and staff, spend the night living in a residence hall, and learn about the college experience through the eyes of our very own students who will be your Orientation Leaders.

During orientation, you will be able to pick up your student ID card, learn how to access your schedule through BannerWeb, learn about student clubs and leadership opportunities, shop for your Wolves swag in the WCSU Bookstore, and much more!

We are looking forward to having you on campus and helping you get started on the right track!
