Monday, February 4, 2013 Cuba Lecture; 12:15 p.m. in Room 101 of Warner Hall, WCSU Midtown campus.Associate Professor of World Languages and Literature Dr. Galina Bakhtiarova will discuss "From Cuba without Rum, Sugar or Cigars: A Trip Down Memory Lane." During the lecture she will share her impressions of a recent research trip.

Saturday, February 9, 2013 Benefit Dance; 6-9:30pm. in the West Side Campus Ballroom. The Sigma Chi Fraternity and the WCSU Department of Music will host a benefit featuring live music, dancing and hors d'oeuvres.All proceeds from ticket sales will benefit a charitable organization supporting Sandy Hook community.
