New Business:

1. Proposals from Communications and Media Arts
   1. Revision of COM Minor and Program sheet (CD1617150) plus attachment Khoo/Lumbantobing, Unanimously approved with corrections.
2. Proposal from Chemistry-See Share Point
   1. Drop the Biotechnology option from Chemistry (CD1617179)Khoo/Usekes, Unanimously approved
3. Proposal from Writing, Linguistics and Creative Processa.
   1. New course tutoring writing WRT 3XX (see attachment)Prieto shared that Kelli Cluster asked to remove this from the agenda as it had already been approved by the Provost’s Office. We will ask the relevant department and provost’s office to clarify (as our understanding is that this should go through, at least, PRC and CUCAS).
