Amy Almeida MFA ,12
Before receiving her masters in painting, Amy got a degree in landscape design. She worked with Studer Design Associates in Ridgefield, CT, Lehigh Lawns and Landscaping in Poughkeepsie, NY and New Dimensions Outdoor Services in Saratoga Springs NY.
She interned with the Aldrich Contemporary Art Museum in Ridgefield, CT and was a gallery attendant for both Higgins Gallery at WCSU and the Aldrich.
Her work has been exhibited at the Prince Street Gallery in New York City, The White Silo in Sherman CT, the Galway Arts Centre Collective Consciousness competition in Galway Ireland and as part of the Invitational Groundbreaking Show at WCSU in Higgins Gallery.
