SELF CARE (EVERY DAY) IS HEALTH CARE (EVERY DAY): Come to the Institute for Holistic Health studies Center for Wellbeing in White Hall room 114 during this last week of the semester for a time out for self care. Taking time out for yourself to rest and relax — or color or have a cup of herb tea or a chocolate meditation– helps to reset your body. mind, and spirit, so you can continue on with what you need to do next. We are open Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Tuesday and Thursday from 8:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. and we look forward to seeing you.
