SOUND HEALING AND GENTLE YOGA: Join the IHHS as we host Kathleen Jaramillo Kweskin, LMT RYT CMT, presenting a sound healing and gentle yoga program from 4-5:15 p.m. in Warner Hall, Room 101 on the Midtown campus. Sound healing has many benefits to our physical, mental, emotional, and overall health . Space is limited, so reserve your spot and email autuoric@wcsu.edu. Please bring a yoga mat or beach towel, pillow and a small blanket if desired
