Summer 2016 Classes
Throughout the summer, WCSU offers three summer sessions during which students may take classes. The VA allows students to use benefits during these sessions and, depending on the number of credits taken during each session, the student will be entitled to receive full-time benefits when classes are in taking place. Fall 2016 Registration
Registration for Fall 2016 is on-going so be sure to meet with your Advisor or visit the Academic Advisement Center to select your classes. Once registered, don't forget to complete the Veterans Affairs Educational Registration Form and return to the Veterans Affairs Office so your VA benefits will be paid on-time!
Pets and Vets Spring 2016
The second Pets and Vets event will be held Wednesday, April 20th on the Midtown Quad. The WCSU Student Veterans Organization and WCSU Office of Veterans Affairs has partnered with the Danbury Animal Welfare Society (DAWS) in an effort to raise money and collect supplies for the shelter. The event will take place between 10am and 1pm and will feature a number of adoptable dogs and cats from DAWS.
Veterans Day 2015
WCSU will host a Veterans Day ceremony at 11:30 a.m. on the Quadrangle of the university's Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. A reception will follow in Warner Hall. The public is invited. For more information, send an email to email@example.com.
