Thomas Cuffari
[Musical Direction]
Thomas Cuffari is a music director, pianist, and educator. At Western, he is the resident music director for theatre productions. Other credits as pianist/arranger/music director include Concordia College, Ridgefield Playhouse, The Living Theater and Soho Playhouse. He has performed with Ben Vereen, Bernie Williams, Debbie Gravitte and John Patitucci, among others. As a classical musician, Thomas has been featured on WQXR’s “Young Artists Showcase” with Bob Sherman and has appeared on several live radio broadcasts including the Dame Myra Hess Memorial Concert Series on Chicago’s WFMT, and WXXI’s “Live at Hochstein” in Rochester, NY. He holds a Bachelor of Music Degree in Piano Performance with honors from Chapman University and a Master of Music Degree in Piano Performance at Manhattan School of Music.
