     The Newbury Hall Council serves as the student governing body for Newbury Hall. Their objective is to represent and advocate for the entire resident population of Newbury Hall and they have the authority to propose policies/community standards, plan programs and activities, allocate residence hall funds, and have a voice in many of the decisions made at Newbury Hall. Their ultimate goal is to make Newbury Hall a comfortable and enjoyable place for all who reside there.
