Everton McCalla begins his 13th season as the Colonials' goal keeper coach.

McCalla brought a long list of credentials to Western Connecticut.

He is a 1970 graduate of Kingston College High School in Jamaica. He was the number one keeper for a Division I semiprofessional team in the late 70's. McCalla was also a member of the Jamaican Army soccer team.

His coaching past includes his latest stop at Bloomfield High School from 1996-98.

McCalla, who has his National "C" license, works with the West Hartford youth soccer program.

He and his wife Laura and his twin daughters Kayana and Kareena reside in Hartford, CT.
