Shaun Bailey begins his sixth season with the women's program at WestConn this fall.

Bailey is the Director for Connecticut Junior Soccer Association U-12 to U-14 YPDP/ODP Program, Region One Boys' ODP staff and a member of the CJSA Coaching Education staff. In 2009, he was installed as Director of Coaching for Danbury Youth Soccer.

He holds the USSF "A" license and National Youth License.

In addition, he has a wealth of experience, as both player and coach in his native England, including a stint with the First-Division reserves of Colchester United FC.

In 1997, he played semi-professionally for Harwich & Parkeston FC and went on to win the Jewson League Cup. From 1993 to 1996, he played for Halstead Town FC and won two Jewson Premier League Championships.

Bailey will assist in all facets of team training and other related managerial duties.

He and his wife Kristine and son Owen reside in Southington, CT.
