Information Tables and light refreshments in Haas Library from 4 – 5:30 p.m. (This concludes the Parent Orientation Program)

12:30 p.m. – 3:30 or 5 p.m. Visual & Performing Arts students (Music, Theatre, & Art) attending Session 1: June 18 -19 attend a special afternoon program on Session 1 Tuesday, June19 and must move their belongings into their cars and drive over to the Westside campus; VPA students who were dropped off take their belongings on the bus to the Visual & Performing Arts Building and store them in the VPA Building until the end of the program. Nursing and Education students attending Session 2: June 20 – 21 attend a special afternoon program on Thursday, June 21 and must move their belongings to their car or, if they were dropped off, store them in the Midtown Student Center 202.

Tuesday, June 19 – VPA students go to the Westside for a special program for their majors. Students who drove to WCSU on Day 1 should drive to the Westside campus; students who were dropped off on Day 1 will be bused to the Westside and will need to be picked up there at the end of Day 2. Estimated finish time is 5 p.m.

1:30 – 3:30 p.m. Nursing students meet in White Hall 135
Elementary and Secondary Education students meet in White Hall 209 for a special program.
*VPA students who attend Session 2 (June 20-21) or Session 3 (June 26-27) attend a special program during the 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. time frame on Day 2 in Science Building Room 268
**Nursing students who attend Session 1 (June 18-19) or Session 3 (June 26-27) attend a special program during the 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. time frame on Day 2 in Science Building Room 122
*** Education students who attend Session 1 (June 18-19) or Session 3 (June 26-27) attend a special program during the 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. time frame on Day 2 in Science Building Room 164
Students will be able to get their student ID, computer accounts, and buy books anytime during the day or may return any time over the summer (please check individual offices’ websites for office hours).
