United Way of Western CT and Western CT State University presented a community forum in Ives Concert Hall on February 27, 2013. The following evening they hosted a dinner at The Amber Room Colonnade featuring keynote speaker, The Honorable Rudolph W. Giuliani, former Mayor of New York City.
