| NOV. 28 | Sodexo will present Chef Tom Beckman, of Tulane University, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. in the Student Center Cafeteria on the WCSU Midtown campus, 181 White St. in Danbury. Beckman will prepare Louisiana cuisine such as BBQ shrimp over cheese grits and Creole jambalaya. The cost of the meal will be $7.75. The public is invited.
