WCSU to host entrepreneurship discussion
DANBURY, CONN. — The Ancell School of Business at Western Connecticut State University will host “The Entrepreneurship Arc: A Panel Discussion with Successful Local Business Leaders” at 6 p.m. on Thursday, Nov. 14, in Room 218 of the Westside Classroom Building on the university’s Westside campus, 43 Lake Ave. Extension in Danbury. The discussion will be free and open to the public.
Panelists will include:
Michael Carpanzano, a WCSU MBA student who won the 2012 Connecticut Business Model Competition sponsored by the Entrepreneurship Foundation of Connecticut and was the Grand Prize winner of the Giants Entrepreneurship Challenge. Carpanzano created nuplug, a surge-protected extension cord that can be attached to furniture.
