“Navigating the New Normal” was an interactive program held for the WCSU and the greater Danbury community. Although the Covid pandemic has waned – and hopefully ended – and we are “back to normal”, it does not feel like the normal life we knew pre pandemic. During the presentation, we discussed different strategies that can be used for time management and self care as we continue to develop strength and resilience to navigate a new post pandemic normal. Christel Autuori, MA RDH, E-RYT 200, NBC – HWC, who is the director of the IHHS, is also a board certified Health and Wellness Coach, with additional certifications in Integrative Health and Lifestyle Medicine Coaching, a registered yoga teacher, a certified Reiki master, and a certified Holistic Stress Management instructor. She is a nationally recognized speaker and author, and has presented programs to health professionals and the public for over two decades. She is also an adjunct faculty member at WCSU and the founder and owner of the Integrative Health of Connecticut, LLC.
