Here’s what you need to know about Spring Room Selection.
Do you want to stay in your current housing assignment for the spring semester?
Great! – then you are all done. It’s that simple. If you want to stay in your current assignment for the spring semester, you do not need to do a single thing.
Do you want to change rooms or buildings for the spring semester?
No Problem – here is what you need to do:
| 10-31-2019 | You must fill out a Room Change Request Formopens PDF file in order to make any changes to your assignment. Copies can be found at your building’s Information Desks. You would indicate on this form where you would like to move to and bring it to to the Housing Office in Newbury Hall NO LATER THAN 4pm on October 31st. No forms will be accepted after this date and time. It is recommended that you fill this form out and turn it in prior to the deadline. |
| If you are interested in and eligible for Gender Neutral Housing, you and your roommates must fill out Gender Neutral Housing Applicationsopens PDF file and hand them in TOGETHER with your Room Change Request Forms NO LATER THAN 4pm on October 31st. | 11-5-2019 | If you have selected to change rooms within your current hall, you will see your Hall Director in their offices in your building on November 5th anytime from 10am to 12pm or 1pm to 3pm to select a new room. |
| 11-6-2019 | If you have selected to change buildings, you will come to the Housing and Residence Life Office on November 6th anytime from 10am to 12pm or 1pm to 3pm to select a new building and room. |
