PSA's and Honoraria
Personal Services Agreements (PSA’s) and Honoraria Forms are used in contracting with individuals or organizations for the rendering of professional services on a given date or range of dates. These types of services include (but are not limited to) speakers, entertainers, lecturers, and consultants.
The Honoraria Form may be used for services valued up to $3,000 in any rolling 12-month period. It must be completed (with all necessary signatures) and submitted to the Purchasing Office ten (10) business days prior to the start of the service period.
The PSA form is used for amounts greater than $3,000. This form (with all necessary attachments) must be submitted for approval at least three weeks prior to the date of service.
Upon completion of the service, a Disbursement Form must be completed for actual funds to be disbursed to the individual or organization.
