CS 140 - Introduction to Programming
4 semester hours
This is an introductory course in computer programming using a high-level programming language, such as Visual Basic, C, Java, etc. The course emphasizes problem solving and sound programming practices. Students will learn how to construct algorithms and convert them into computer programs using typical flow control statements and data types.
Prerequisite: MAT 100 or appropriate placement
