Specializes in multi-jurisdictional tax consulting and advises publically-held companies on the U.S. tax aspects of cross-border reorganizations and M&A transactions.
Began with internships at Cartus, Praxair and PricewaterhouseCoopers garnered through the WCSU Career Development Center while a student at WCSU. Upon graduation, worked as a full-time associate at PricewaterhouseCoopers in Boston. Currently, working for PwC in Hartford.
