LETTER OF AGREEMENT SPECIALIZED WORKLOAD ASSIGNMENT WCSU Ancell School of Business For the life of the August 20, 1993 Collective Bargaining Agreement between the Connecticut State University American Association of University Professors and the Board of Trustee for the Connecticut State University, the parties agree that pursuant to Article 10.4 of said agreement, the following instructional activities shall receive the load credit indicated. 1. Workload credit for Graduate Research Project. Each Faculty member who supervises a Graduate Concentration Related Research Project (Course numbers ACC 590, MGT 590, MKT 590, etc.) shall receive 1/2 load hour credit for each student enrolled and engaged in a 590 course. 2. This agreement is based on no faculty member receiving three (3) load hour credit for the offering of the 590 course as a course. 3. If the load credit hour assigned to graduate faculty change to a higher load credit during the life of this agreement, then this side letter agreement should be renegotiated between the parties. |
